This book is a blend of Science Fiction and Climate Fiction (SciFi-CliFi), set in the futuristic year 2169. The story unfolds in a unique fictional realm called the EMM World (Earth, Moon, and Mars World). In this imagined future, Earth resembles our own in many ways but diverges through altered history and geography that you’ll gradually uncover.
Unlike our real universe, both the Moon and the Mars exist here as natural Satellites (moons) orbiting Earth, reshaping the very fabric of the cosmos. The Solar System in this world is not the same as ours. It is different, reimagined, yet deeply inspired by the real one. Even the entire Universe follows this pattern: familiar yet transformed, grounded in reality yet expanded through imagination.
The Mandala Labyrinth Gold, the Subtitle of the book, is a futuristic game that can only be played on Mars, where the unique combination of gravity and atmosphere makes it possible. The game cannot be played on Earth or the Moon, as their gravity and environmental conditions are unsuitable. From above, the playing field resembles a mandala, with intricate circular patterns; at its core, it is also a labyrinth, designed to test both strategy and endurance along with willpower. Players compete within this arena not only for victory but for the ultimate prize, the Gold medals and the ultimate Gold medallion that give the game its name.
The protagonist of the story is VJ (VirJeet Parrum RajTilak), champion of the mandala labyrinth gold and a passionate climate change and environmental activist. Standing against him at every turn is the antagonist, Croco (Paul), an intelligent yet maniacal force determined to challenge VJ in every possible way. The narrative unfolds around these two central figures and their intertwined struggles within the vast universe of the EMM World. This book marks the beginning of an epic SciFi-CliFi series, where survival, ideology, and rivalry collide in a battle for the future. This is the book to begin with, your gateway into the EMM World. Step inside, meet its unforgettable characters, and embark on the journey where their destinies unfold. Lastly, climate change is very real in this SciFi-CliFi universe. The Climate Change Catastrophe of the 21st Century, spanning from 2030 to 2050, unleashed not only ecological collapse but also global wars and nuclear conflict. This dark chapter reshaped humanity and set the stage for the birth of the EMM World, where survival, innovation, and rivalry define the FUTURE (the year 2169, exactly two centuries after the historic Double moon landings of 1969, when this story unfolds).
This edition is titled “Standard Edition (Second Part)” designed as the primary and most widely accessible version of the book. It features a common industry-standard trim size, font and formatting for maximum comfort and readability. The label “(Second Part)” refers to the fact that this edition contains the second and concluding half of (Volume-A) of the complete story. In addition to a clean layout and spacious design, this edition includes textual emphasis through formatting such as bold, italics and underlining to reflect character tone, emotional weight, or narrative rhythm.
Middle Grade (MG) Edition (Book 1) is specially created for younger readers with simplified formatting, age-appropriate presentation, and a clean, reader-friendly layout.
